What we ask you for

When you place an order you fill in only the details needed to prepare and hand over that order:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your delivery address (only if you choose Delivery)
• Order notes you type yourself
• A Wish Money transfer reference, only if you choose that payment method

How your order reaches us

This website has no order database. When you tap to send your order, the details above are formatted into a message that opens in WhatsApp on your own device. You send it, and it arrives in the restaurant's WhatsApp conversation. From that point the information lives in that chat, the same as if you had typed it yourself.

Payment is made in cash on hand-over, or by Wish Money transfer to the number shown at checkout. We never ask for and never receive card details.

What stays only in your browser

Your cart, your favourites, your recently viewed items, your recent searches and your last order details are stored in your own browser's local storage so the site feels continuous between visits. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes them permanently.

Tracking and advertising

This site records anonymous, first-party usage analytics — things like which pages and menu items are viewed, whether the cart or checkout was opened, and when the WhatsApp order button is tapped — so we can understand and improve how the site performs and how customers actually use it. Each browser tab gets a random, temporary session identifier that is never linked to your name, phone number, address, or any order you place, and disappears when you close the tab.

Where a WhatsApp order tap is recorded, we keep the cart contents (items, quantities, prices, any Sides Reward applied) attached to that anonymous session — never your name, phone number, delivery address, or order notes. Tapping that button only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device; it does not tell us whether you actually sent it.

There are no advertising pixels, social trackers, or third-party marketing tags on this site, no cross-site or cross-device fingerprinting, and no advertising profiles are built. We do not sell or share this analytics data with anyone.

Service providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also provides bot and abuse protection. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies for that security purpose. WhatsApp (Meta) carries the order message you send, under its own terms, and Wish Money processes any transfer you choose to make. Following a map or Instagram link takes you to those services, where their own policies apply.

Your requests

Because your order lives in a WhatsApp conversation, you can ask us on that same conversation to delete it, or delete your own copy at any time. Local data on your device is under your control through your browser settings.
