How an order is placed and confirmed

Choosing items on this site does not by itself create an order. When you complete checkout, your details are formatted into a WhatsApp message that you send to the restaurant. The order number shown to you (format AF-XXXXX) is a reference for that conversation.

An order is confirmed only when the restaurant replies on WhatsApp. Until then it is a request, and we may decline or adjust it — for example if an item has run out for the day.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars as listed on the menu of this site and may change without notice. Delivery is charged at a flat $2, added on top of your items when you choose Delivery. Item photographs are illustrative of the dish, and presentation can vary.

Payment

Payment is either cash on hand-over, or by Wish Money transfer to +961 3 654 005. If you pay by Wish Money, enter the transfer reference at checkout so the restaurant can match it to your order. No card details are collected by this site.

Ordering hours and contact

The restaurant operates daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Orders sent outside those hours are answered when we reopen. For anything about a live order, reply on the same WhatsApp conversation or call 03 654 005.

Please use accurate contact details so we can reach you about your order, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the site. Menu text, photographs and branding on this site belong to Afandi Chicken.

We aim to keep prices, availability and information accurate, but this site is provided as is and may occasionally contain errors, which we will correct on the WhatsApp conversation before confirming your order.
